I'm an experienced Coach & Consultant, with a background in Psychology,  passionate about helping women smash their mindset & find their purpose in order to start unapologetically living the lives they are meant to live on their terms.

I'll help you find clarity, confidence and self-compassion after feeling lost or overwhelmed in life. I'll help you find your passion and create a life more aligned with your life purpose. We will work together to remove feelings of confusion and stagnation.

The goal is to help you to stop feeling overwhelmed, confused or wasting your time trying to work it out alone. Trust me, I've made enough mistakes for both of us!

Unlike others, I can help you develop an individually tailored plan with clear steps of action to live a life that is 100% aligned with your true passion and purpose. Some clients even figure out a way to profit from it in the process.

I am a busy Mum, entrepreneur and wife and enjoy, exploring the spiritual realm, cooking, nature, travelling and spending time with animals.
